Fiji Legal Wedding Information

In order to qualify for a legal Fiji wedding you are required you to be in the country 3 full working days prior to the wedding day. The following documentation & information is required to organize your marriage license:

• Full birth certificates (Copies accepted).
• Passports.
• Divorce decree or Death certificate of deceased spouse (if applicable).
• Confirmatory letter certifying single status to be obtained from the marriage registry where the applicant resides, or a statutory declaration signed by a Justice of the Peace, Notary Public or a Solicitor to prove they have not entered into a marriage before.
• Names of two witnesses who are 21 years of age or older.
