Vanuatu Legal Wedding Information
In order to qualify for a legal Vanuatu wedding you are required you to be in the country 3 full working days prior to the wedding day. The following documentation & information are required to organise your marriage license:
- Full birth certificates
- Passports
- Divorce decree or Death certificate of deceased spouse (if applicable)
- Certificate of name change (if applicable)
- Official Form of Witness and Intent to Marry Form
