Vanuatu Legal Wedding Information

In order to qualify for a legal Vanuatu wedding you are required you to be in the country 3 full working days prior to the wedding day. The following documentation & information are required to organise your marriage license:

• Full birth certificates
• Passports
• Divorce decree or Death certificate of deceased spouse (if applicable)
• Certificate of name change (if applicable)
• Official Form of Witness and Intent to Marry Form
